I raised an issue in game on the 22nd, which got resolved on the 31st. Struggling though to accept they could just not respond for 10 days now due to holidays. Surely they will take money during those days.

Would be surprising if they pass up an opportunity to generate cash, though the question is do they make more profit with people ultimately buying greens to be able to get their hands on bonuses.

It seemed like only users with a red launch pad got it.

I am using all kinds of bonuses all the time and am nowhere near finishing the collections. No problem to pay extra for something that entertains me, but to make it so very tough is just ridiculous. Not only am I not going to play this event next year, I am going to hold off paying for premium...

Looks like lots of Santa Jets need to be collected from the gues planes. Drop rates pathetic for me 80+ guest planes landed and 3 drops so far. This is with an acitve Express Delivery Bonus. Also, am I right assuming that the Santa Jets count towards plane numbers on stands/reserve?

I seem to have luck by accepting the cookies and then watching the add. Once add is done, I click on the download link if there is one. Very true, I realised the drop rates were awful and did the minimum that I could. Got a couple of new stars out of it, but did not bother much towards the end of the event,
