I am still confused as there are no "unique buildings" in the event store - but Gi tells us " you can use lab flasks to buy unique buildings "

I may be missing the obvious but in Game we are advised that - ""you can use lab flasks to buy unique buildings and bonuses in the special adventure store"" Where is this special adventure store ? - I am playing the windows version
