There is a way around this. If you long press on the icon on the desktop, then select Uninstall, you'll notice the free to play game stops asking you for money.....

They didn't make you addicted..... but they did provide you a way to speed up gameplay if you pay. It's called business.

This is your issue, not the developers. You dont have to pay to play, you want to pay to play. Yes it will take a lot longer, but that's a choice (not a law ;) )

Thanks for this. I accidentally spent 9 (YES 9!!!!) on a speed up request for heli fuel - only had 3 mins before it was complete too. I just hadn't reaslised I had some in production and was rushing....
