Looks like mansion and house with a pool flipped refresh times and Pax? mansion is now 20/min refresh and house with a pool is 1hr refresh.

I'm not sure I'm following the fuel bar not being unlimited. I had 82 F20 in stock and just used them all, what am I missing? I have 1712 in my fuel bar

I will favorite an alliance member if they are needing say sweets factory items, but don't put it in their game name. It helps me know that they requested something "special " for gifting

I use it for gifting. Alliance first then favs. If an alliance member were to request factory items (crucible, edge banding machine, etc) I mark them as favs as well. Helps me identify to gift something other than game name. I usually only visit the same neighbors each day so it's not hard...
