Several other alliances had the same problem. We contacted GI, and they sent us the points and reward soon after our ticket. Guess they had to do it manually.

Some planes even do not want to land, even though my airport is completely cleared, no planes on the taxi way or in the terminal. The only solution is shutting down the game and restarting. Tried visiting neighbors, but it did not help.

Our alliance did not receive the points and bonus reward for reaching 50% of the tasks. Are there other alliances having the same problem? Update: after contacting GI, they solved the problem of the reward, and they replied my request that they sent us the reward and points. They reacted quite...

Well, I recently transferred my windows game to a new windows device. Installed on the new device AC, and asked GI to transfer my old game to my new game, giving the codes of both games. Really went smoothly, only took a few hours to transfer.

Every time I saw the planes on top of each other, I was thinking about 1977, Tenerife, KLM and PanAm.

I often speed up my flights, and they are all counted, as far as I can see.
