I was in your shoes last November. You can get it by simply playing on any two acct ( two acct on same PC works too ). If you play on PC mostly, creating an acct on a phone or tab and simply linking two acct will get you the WW.

Did you get the app from Microsoft app store? Uninstall and get one from G! site. You should get the amount listed above. Be sure to have the linked game on 2nd acct ( create a new log-in on pc and install a new game and link both of them ) before uninstalling.

If you square the radius value (more important), Metro Station value comes to 600 and Skiing Facility comes to 45.

Below shows AoE (radius) effect can fit 60 buildings. But due to road requirement, only 49 are possible. We set the value based on max achievable % or 49 for this building. That would make the value of Metro Station at 600.
