Same problem here. A few event ago, the romantic passengers changed to normal pax automatically in the visa center. I guess Gi messed it up with their updates. I submit a ticket and received non-sense response saying it should be disappeared by itself and contact them again if they are still...

That could. But I don't think there will be high chance of it.

If you use the same os as before (iPhone to iPhone, or Android phone to Android phone), you don't need to ask Gi. You just need to use the same Google or Apple ID for your game, and it will give you an option to restore your game.

Hey, I am not sure what level you are now. But as Madge said, you need to be level 31 to build red pad. And you can buy it in the shop with the control tower icon.

Hmm never thought about it. I thought they would be grayed out until you hit the required level.

One thing I noticed is that they had level 12 terminal and level 11 townhall, which are available at level 80. And those players levels were around 61~63 when I checked. That seemed suspicious to me.
