Hawk Alliance flights had a change nearly 1.5years ago, space maps didn‘t change.

Owl is more likely close to a Dash 8 Q400, The main wing is not even close to the Saab you posted. For the Hawk it feels way more close to an Airbus plane, but with the door configuration in-game it can‘t be a real world plane.

You need to complete tasks to get points, and when you have enough points you can add more players. In your picture it reads you have 16/20 points for your Team, so you need 4 more points for leveling up. Here is the Wiki-Page where you can see how many points you need for each level...
