Somehow I doubt coins will be an issue for players that do this.

The 2 hours is the flight time to that destination, you won’t be able to fly to this destination until you have acquired a Massive Spotlight. Alternatively you could use Old Barometer to exchange the weather condition to another flight or use a Shaman Drum to remove altogether.

Have you got more than 100x F20 in your inventory? If so try bringing down to below 100 and the F20 gifts from neighbours should go to your fuel bar.

Pax buildings will be in the inventory > bring them out > run a VC contract > collect pax > put pax buildings back in inventory.

This is not a bug, since the 7.0 update all F20 received as gifts from neighbours goes straight to the fuel bar once collected and not to the inventory (Fuel received from collections or Space flights will still go to your inventory).
