Yes the observation on free videos has changes many times... Presently it is 5 each for Pax and Fuel, total 10 per day, use or lose model. I can also use it for items if required, but then it reduces from this bucket of 10. I think it goes from the Fuel bucket, not sure. When i started playing...

Great piece of info.... Just to make my understanding clear... If you have only one Visa Centre in your city, for e.g, then the only contract available for you to make is the Express Contract. Am i right? So if i need a 9 hour contract to be setup, then i need to buy three VISA centres....or...
