7.5 update
Ergonomically its easier to have the arrows on one side and the Collect button on the other side, irrespective of left or right. Its faster this way... rather than both on the same side. This will be the same case for both right handers and left handers.- WildJaguar

That is a great feature to have, but not just limited for flight items.
