1. All planes should start their take-off from the beginning of the runway, even if it's a small one

They don't. There're few places in the game — first, gaining a new level, second, a new star for mastering a flight — that award you fuel. We've felt those rewards were relatively few & hard-earned to warrant those barrels go to inventory to use later when needed.

Only two guest planes to be serviced at the same time is one of the features that we had to settle for now for the same reasons there're just two runways: it all should run in 3D on an average mobile device. Up to 14 planes of your own & 2 guest planes are a significant burden already. Later on...

The thing with 'no longer useful' items in general though is that we have to set complicated rules for things you can or cannot sell in that case to prevent someone accidentally selling...
As I've repeatedly told previously, we're not going to delete any items beyond 100, but you will not be able to get new items of this type until you clear the reserves below 100.
The inventory limit didn't change, it was 100 per item, it is 100 per item. The fuel gifts go to the fuel bar, but it's not a free second inventory with no limits. I'm sorry, but this is not a bug.
It should be ready in terms of all major features being in place and working properly, although of course some lesser fixes and improvements might be pushed back to 7.1 or later releases. At least, it's already more or less enjoyable experience overall despite the bugs.

The Cinemania special event was part of 6.30 update as @Ur-quan has said previously.
