I would just look at it really practically; are you happy with your current coins generation? If yes; do nothing. If no; more coin buildings. If you’re more than happy; drop a few :)

There are certain buidings you can't sell. Which is a pain in the backside. Weather Station, Duty Free Shop, Meteorological Lab are buildings you can't sell. Helicopters and pads should not be a problem.
