Yes, now that I have terminal 5, I can upgrade to terminal 6. Although, my repair base is already level 5 and I don't believe there's further upgrades.

What's the point of upgrading the town hall? I have more than 4 times the coins required to upgrade my town hall but haven't bothered doing it.

I haven't spent any green cash and have 40/40 musical instruments, 100/100 biker jackets and only need 1 power amplifier to complete the Music Arena. I'm hoping I can get the 1 power amplifier in the next 3 days.

Haha! Same here - I bought tons of land and expanded like crazy. I can raise between 10,000 - 20,000 coins per day easily depending on frequency of play. The airport is yes, lagging behind the city. ;)
