Lost game progress, unable to send gifts too. Until Gi fixes the issue

@david smith , thanks for the information. Can the same be done in my case as I lost progress of the game (almost 10days back) and since 2 days onwards I stopped playing this game as Gi did not fixed yet after raising ticket also. My query was posted in "server problem" topic.

@Kesh, thanks for suggestion. I will wait for their resolution of the issue. One more thing, i stopped playing the game entirely for today, if I play, that progress may gets saved and cause the issue again in terms of game progress. While they try resolve the issue. I believe I am correct at...

I got the android and ios update just now. For ios I can see the airport city HD replaced with airport city after launching the game. It showed me to install it separately and I transferred my progress to 5.3 version airport city and it gave 10 green additional.
