yenta613, I believe its 24 hours after the last time you started gifting. Everyone's time is different and changes based on when you gifted last. If you wait longer than 24 hours to gift, your 24 hours starts whenever you start gifting again. At least that is how it seems to work for me...

Aussie, on your game screen click on icon with the 3 people, will open another same icon, choose that then go to profile. Your game name should be there. You can make changes there. Hope this helps.

Checked on another AC forum and members there are also experiencing issues with gifting, visiting neighbors, error messages, etc. Seems to be just Windows affected, not seeing complaints from other platform users.
