Support's answer: Item drop in the game is based on probability. This includes items received from event entities and quest ones. Drop rates may vary depending on items' rarity, that's why it takes more time to get some items than others. 🤷

Support gave you a very stupid basic answer. They need to look into the problem. Or hire someone that knows what they are doing. There are plenty of people complaining about a number of issues. CHECK THE GAME SERVER PLEASE. Every time I do get a drop the game crashes. My internet provider is working excellent.

@SulfeI don't think it's a stupid answer, it's an answer for rather stupid question (no offense). But what were you expecting, drop is low, that's it. But the drop is happening. I get the drop, others ppl get drop and if you do not, get along with it, you will eventually get some, it's a game after all. I hardly doubt you are somehow affected more then others...

@Sven009,as for game crashing,,since you're playing on PC there can be dozens of possible reasons and any server issue most likely won't be one of them as it would affect others as well. Maybe, if you could provide more details /what OS, was it happening before or in this event only, have you tried reinstall........

Yes, I did get "lucky" and got ONE drop from the volcano that added 1060 to my score. Still, as of today, I have only had that one drop. It was the same last time this event came around. Its not that it does not drop, the issue is there is just one volcano and it only can be acessed once per hour. Most other drops can be attempted in units of six (for buildings) or much higher units for planes. Plus, bonus items can be used on buildings to make them able to click again faster, and on planes there are a lot of bonus items including using fuel to speed them up. Can't do that with this stupid volcano. So it just seems like the drop rate is worse, but its not really. You just can't click it as often.

I’m not glad but relieved to hear that other players are struggling to get any volcano drops-I have not had one since the start so unable to score 1060 throughout the whole event, extremely frustrating 😤

Just for the record, adk, you should re-read my chat. I never said the answer was stupid and I'm sorry you jumped to that conclusion. I am actually appreciative that they took the time to provide the information. And, in my humble opinion, asking a question to understand the game, is not really stupid.

For this event, Sulfe has had two volcano drops, Curly has had three. That is not typical for most events. I, too, am glad that I'm not alone here. Like I said earlier...life is hard. 😂😂😂
