Android Game crashing up startup with internetconnection

hi,

Since today (the last few hours) my game is crashing during startup. It is just saying the game stopt....
Nothing changed on my device. Anyone else having problems?

Edit: it does startup without internetconnection.
Edit2: it also says it does not react, wait? While I am playing with internet???

Hi Flip,
I don't know if this will help, but I was crashing a lot a couple of days ago. I powered off my tablet and restarted. Since then I've not had any problems. Good luck and I hope it helps!

I don't know if this will help, but I was crashing a lot a couple of days ago. I powered off my tablet and restarted. Since then I've not had any problems. Good luck and I hope it helps!

I turn off the tablet every evening. Now if the game crashed, I have to restart the complete tablet every time. Only this morning I already restarted 5 times because I try to visit my neighbors.
Cleaning the memory is not enough to get the game started..... And it is freezing again, so that will be reboot 6

The response from GI:
My game is blocked, but as it is the first time I get a unblock code. The blockage causes the problems???!!!
I can't start the game with internet, how must I enter the code?????

I wonder, did they READ what I wrote?

Today something else changed.
The last weeks/month gifts were refreshes (picked up from server) when you visited neighbors....
Not anymore (since today)

It is a Samsung GalaxyTab2 7.0

The reason I think it is software are:
1. nothing changed on the tablet
2. problems are only there with wifi
3. game was blocked for the first time and they gave me a code (they didn't want to give that in the last year I think (since beginning of top 100)) so there are changes in blockage
4. QL problems for others.
I realy think they are changing things on the server and as the tablet is old and small it is one of the first devices that notice the changes as it has not enough capacity to cope with the changes.

Last week GI asked to uninstall the game and start a new game, play it to level 3 and sent back the new friendcode. I did this yesterday, trusting my game will be restored.....

Today I got this:
The case is currently under investigation and certain measures are undertaken to eliminate the issue. The process is taking a little more time than expected. I will get back to you with a response soon.

I thought restore is a standardized proces... now I am starting to be afraid that I will not get my game back. Let's wait and see....

Since you are still waiting for a restore, have you check if there is an update for your Samsung Tab 2 7"?
An update could make the tablet operate smoother.

I am now updating my android..... First update, new game worked, second update while downloading the third.... Game will not open...... will wait until ALL updates are installed. Then I will have a look if the new game starts up again, and then the restore of jpjpjp2
