I personally did not receive the proper update, some others have got it in discord server, my version still stays at 8.31.24

Not showing it either. Perhaps removed since "what's new" text above is from 'Age of Ash' event earlier this year.

Also checked my support on Windows and not in MS Store.

If it is only android devices, this could be minimal changes. If all platforms were updated, then that could be a bigger issue because it means more game feature changes are implemented.
