Good morning I'd like to hear from players what their favorite quest item that they try to get over and over and what is the quickest way to get. Ie combination of buildings etc. Not looking to cheat just want to see if there are any perfect combinations of there.

I am just looking to gain and expeirence faster or get cool stuff.

My favorite quest items are the buildings that drop an item every day. I've been working on getting these since January. Right now I have ten Alien Legacy buildings and ten Space Travel Monuments that each drop a Launch item ... plus eight Stonehenge, eight Ancient Greek Temples and seven Aztec Pyramids that each drop a collectible item. These have enabled me to finish The Outer Limits quest and earn a Space Needle without ever getting a map of or flying to one of the five destinations. Along the way they also drop items that let me increase my count of Stonehenge/Temple/Pyramid buildings. It takes a very long time to do this but the results have been worth it. It's not a strategy for everyone but it works for me.

Yeah, greensmith is right; it's fun to work on goals that essentially pay you back. It's a lot like those frequent flier credit cards! Nonetheless, as he mentioned, he has 20 space support items and like 683 of the 3x3 gifting items.

I have 7 space items on my SB2 account and 12 3x3 gifting items; but I must also forewarn you that overdoing it may indeed burn you out of the game. I love having 12 items that provide collectibles, but I question whether I want to move forward as I fear it'll essentially take the fun out of this game and I'll be moving on to the next time investor.

I understand your point. What keeps the game interesting is the randomness of it. Yes, I've been lucky on collectible item drops, but I've been unlucky in other ways. I just got another map to Sacramento, for example. I've already three-starred Sacramento and don't need to fly there anymore. Same with Miami. But no maps yet to Nagoya and only one to Alexandria and Puerto Rico. Because my overall goal is to three-star every destination, I'll keep playing until I do. By then I'm sure that GI will introduce new destinations and there I go again.

In a separate thread, some of us were chatting about bugs, glitches, GI communication, ethics and stuff like that. I wanted to repeat my comments for everyone. Here goes:
All of this begs the question: Is it ethical to exploit glitches in the game that we're smart enough to find and GI is too dumb to fix?
I say it is. The whole point of most games is for the game creators to set up challenges to overcome and goals that we must work to reach. If we reach the goal, we earn a reward. If we discover a way to make reaching that goal easier, does it give us an unfair advantage? I say it does not.
In many sports there's a rule that prohibits using substances like steroids so as to level the playing field. It's not fair for one player to have an advantage over another player if that player doesn't play by the rules.
In this game, there are no rules. If there are, GI hasn't communicated them to us. Gamers seem to get punished randomly because GI thinks that perhaps, maybe, they have figured out a way to have an unfair advantage over their neighbors. That's just bull. This game is not about competing with neighbors. It's about a player using his/her intellect to overcome challenges and reach goals. It's us against the machine ... not us against each other.
That's my opinion and I'm sticking to it.

greensmith, after reading my comments, I think I could've worded them better. It may have sounded like I was criticizing you and the way you play the game. Please understand that that was not my intent whatsoever. I was actually talking about my own play, and moreso the risk I take whenever I discover loopholes in a system and expose it. I've been playing this game for 13 months now and I really enjoy the community aspect of it. I still have yet to 3-star 8 common destinations and those are the challenges I want to achieve. You're right that the greenies loophole had the potential to take the fun out of it. So it came down to whether or not to expose that for the sake of the continued challenge.

The frustrating part about this game is the obvious lack of consistent support from GI. I feel like they're an insurance agency who likes my money, but hates to believe me when I report an issue with them. But still, the community aspect is great. And I hope I continue playing this at least through the fall.

Oh, and for those of you who have me as a friend on my Stan Breckner 2 account, I received a reply from GI as to why they think I'm unable to connect with anyone on socialaity. The guy says I committed a violation with the game that gave me an advantage and, therefore, my account was locked. I have no clue how that could've happened and have responded back to them stating as such. I doubt I'll get that game unlocked, but I do see a couple of you have been great in exchanging with me. For people like greensmith, Gt city, have you all been receiving gifts from SB2? I'm sending them when I get 'em from y'all.

I didn't take anything you said as criticism, so no problem. That said, I appreciate constructive criticism because it's an important way to learn things outside my comfort zone.

Neither of my games has received a gift from SB2 in a while. I just sent SB2 a Spare Propeller from Waverly huff and one from WH2. WH2 also just sent a Navigation Module to SB. Let me know if you get them. And don't bother sending me gifts since I don't get them. But I appreciate the thought.

Nope, nothing. I did check and even cannot find Ou as m neighbour (SB2) ? Am i your neigbour?

Gt city I know we're neighbors on your 3 account, but perhaps not the Gt city account. And GI responded back today insisting that I reinstall my SB2 account due to this error that caused a lockout.
