Where are my neighbors?

Get in the game to collect the gift from his neighbor!But I can not find!

In your game, below - follow steps 1 & 2:

Then in tab "Neighbors" you should see your neigbors:

If you do not have any neighbors yet, then go to tab Add friend and enter friend code (android) or gamename (iOS).
After that, new neighbour need to confirm your request, and after that you will see your neigbour.

You cannot visit them, if you are not connected to internet. Only "Madlen Airborn" is possible to visit offline...

I play on a PC in a windows 8 version. Have many requests for neighbours awaiting reply. Have no way of providing reply. Not clear to me how or where I reply to potential neighbours.

"Awaiting Reply" means you have asked them to be your neighbor - you are waiting for them to accept. If you are requesting off the Add tab - good luck, most of them won't accept. I only accept friends from the forums so I can communicate with them.

I would suggest to complete your profile and post in the Windows - PC or Windows Mobile Swapping section. Introduce yourself, post your needs, request friends from there, pm them to ask them to accept.
