I recently lost my game due to a error in a windows update. I ended up having to refresh my computer and everything I had obtained all the way up to level 50, including on my third shuttle mission, was lost.
As for the tablet game, sorry I just don't have any enthusiasm for the game anymore. I contacted GI in hopes there is some way to regain my game back, but knowing GI they will send me an e-mail saying issue was resolved.
If I cant get game back to where I was I will no longer play. Too much time put into it and a lot of money, real money as well.

@bjs . I received email overnight from GI support asking for new friend code, so they can start restoration process. lol although I'm into IT and went to college, I can only guess without installing anything, physically on my system, everything takes place on the servers, on their end. Hope to be back in town by Monday or Tuesday, considering GI and myself, opposite sides of the globe.
In the meantime, I will dawdle on tablet game.

• And yes, I have included a file as a pdf document showing multiple transactions done through Microsoft.
  GI must be overwhelmed with files, attachments, screen shots and other info i have submitted both before the update and after it has occurred. You would think they are like politicians and only think of lining their pockets with our lol greenies.

@SactoDave . I don't know what gives with the game. Since this recent upgrade/update I have been hearing everyone has been having multiple issues.
I talked with Someone else today, and he informed me he had to do restore to previous back up 3 times today because of game bugs.
Are you getting anything from my 'KB2 as gifts???

@SactoDave. Let me put your mind to rest brother. I am now back to my original game, the ' KB or KenDuckySmith, (as GI knows me).
So for you and all my patient neighbors thank you all lol for the overwhelming warehouse full of gifts. I know between all of you and others, there were in the midst of 300+ gifts.
So what I did for everyone here in forums that gifted I tried to just return the same item.
@MsScarlet1957 and a few others i made previous arrangements with on special requested items, I lost some things in the process of switching from a newly created profile, and combining it with my old profile, i now had to reply back to GI support, I still do not have the greenies I lost, although I was able to land my third shuttle, lol 8 days late,( Major Mitchell must be starving); and i acquired the plane needed to open up the destinations like Caracas, Austin, Johannesburg, and others.
So as for gifting right now I will try to send what i can from the higher level items and those lower i will try to send things such as hull parts, or other. As for fuel, i'm afraid they have me down to the bare minimum of 3 barrel gifts right now.
If it changes I will update my signature when it does. If GI support wishes to leave as is, lol so i don't lose my game again, well then my gifts such as textbooks and travel guides, benefit those at lower levels.
