My suggestion is probably a little too expansive and time consuming to be considered, but who knows!
My suggestion is to make all residentials and commercials upgradeable up to level 3. At each level the building would become a little bit bigger and nicer to look at.
It would give something else for the Level 80 players to work towards.
L1 is the current level.
Level 2 would give an approx 10% bonus and is achieveable after collecting rent/passengers x amount of times, for example. (Or some other task)
Level 3 would give an even bigger bonus, needs coins/passengers collecting more times. It would also provide very seldom drops for a very exclusive building, but would also require a very challenging task to be completed. For example collect a golden megaphone with your alliance, or fly to Egypt 100 times in a week, or something along those lines which requires substantial effort.
