Yes, sometimes 30 and sometimes 60 sec. Could it be depended of the emptynes or fullness of the hangars with planes? Small amount of planes in hangar: longer duration of fuel filling?

Yes, but only just after update. Today (over 24 hours later, it is gone. I think it disappeared yesterday. now back to 60 s
