So Tired of Getting ripped off by GI

Free2Play I am so tired of GI ripping me off!!!!!

1. Lost all but 2 of my purchases I made in repair hanger. I paid for 10 spots, GI stole them down to 2 spots and I re-purchased up to 8 spots.

2. Lollipops- I paid and extra 120 Greenies for each of my 6 sweets factory. I paid to get 3 drops form each factory. Now those have been stolen from me and reduced 1 lollipop per factory. GI owes me over 720 Greenies here alone.

3. Reserve Hanger- I paid for 10 reserve hangers. Well GI stole all of them but 2. Then I repurchased.

Free2Play you owe me about 1500 Greenies

Anybody else getting ripped over by GI? Lets see if Ivan gives me my greenies back.

@Chad Ladwig For your problem, the best way would be, if you open a ticket, and explain them all what happened to you.
Ivan is one of main developers, and I am pretty sure he cannot (personally) gives you back what you lost in the game.

I know those things are happening, and I hope they will do a best for you, so you can continue your game "fully equipped" as you before your lost.

It is good to have print-screens about all looses... Ping-pong with GI will be hard, but just go on. You will win

@Chad Ladwig Yes, it happened to me to. On my second game (android) i lost 2 planes and few slots in Reserve Hangar.

With latest update it seems it was a bug, got all slots back in Reserve Hangar, filled with Falcons S2

I am hoping that will happened on iOS too....

I only lost 1 slot of the repair base, raised a ticket and a few days later they credited me the 10 greenies that I lost. As Gt said, raise a ticket and hopefully they will get you the greenies required for re-purchasing

I have the same issue with one slot of Catering facility. Today I received 10 greenies back after open a ticket.

Same happened to me..
Lost all slots of my 3 flight catering facility out of 6.
And same thing in sweet factory.

GI owes me 800+ greens.

I thought I should open a ticket.. But I have no time keep mailing them back and forth.. They take it too long to solve issues..

In last update my casino and mints started itself.. So I don't care for lost greens.. I will get them back

I received 60 greenies for my repairbase slots. Opening a ticket helps.
