Did/has anyone else lost out on their QL bonus due to GIs servers being down?
They were down at the weekend, and it cost me a launch due to timing, and so raised a ticket in hope they'd compensate me with the bonus.
I know to many players loosing an hour or 2 wouldn't bother them too much, however I'm not in that league as such, and I do have to save fuel and resources for a few weeks, then purchase a GD bonus to earn my QLs, so loosing a launch (as I was not teamed up) is a fair loss.
Has anyone raised this issue before and been compensated?
GIs response was "exit the game, close fully, then reopen"
Followed by "our tech team have checked your profile and found no fault"
Obviously I tried closing and reopening the game, visiting neighbours, testing different apps before coming to the conclusion the servers were down....
And it was 2 days later by the time they "checked my profile" and so would not expect to see an error....
