Seemingly high rates of neighbor visits lately

Over the last couple of days (7/13 - 7/15/20). I have noticed a couple of my newer neighbors have appeared twice within a 24 hour period, with 10 and 11 neighbor visits each instance. I had not previously seen more than 6 from any one person and only once within a 24 hour period... See one example below and the two folks I recently added (I try to support the newer players sometimes. ) Is this something anyone else has seen? I can still only do the 5, 6 with an advert... so wondering how they are doing this.

If they are brand new players they probably have the friend in need option which allows you to visit 11 things per person if they view the videos. That last for about the first two weeks I believe.
