General Restore request get lost

since the last update, the GI icon disappeared so i used the ingame tech support request to ask to transfer a existing game. i sent 3 requests but never received any acknowledgement that they got it... is there another way to reach them ?

Dus not worke as you send a request you got to get a automated responce mail from g.i otherwise the request did not arrive .
I tryed 2times the way you did with no sucses than i went to the website to send req
