iOS receive duty free items, but not to inventory

when i get duty free items, they do not add to my inventory

tried and tested now on numerous occasions

any help on if this is a bug

i am still not gettng these items into my warehouse

i have received 5 x congac, but only shows i have 1

Yes open a ticket and take screen shot from the gift incoming to approve that you received these gifts then send it to GI support tell them what happen.
There is a file is saving every actions in the game include the failed maybe they will ask you to send this file as attached.
Then post here the ticket number and wait from them the answer.
