Android Problems with new event update?

I started my game this morning with a new event. Great, landed my planes, grabbed my coins, went to send out my planes and I get Attention! No available runway of the required type. Build one or free one up.

I have 2 level 6 runways sitting empty but I can't fly or land any planes.

Is it just me or is anyone else having this issue?

I had this error yesterday, but after exiting the game, all was ok.
Just test if all flights that you launch, land immediately or not - mine did - made bunch of flights with one runway and 1 sec flight time

And check if there are "ghost" planes (stuck images of launched planes) over the city.

I tried again and they were still stuck but I found a solution. My planes are back in the air.
