From a week I haven`t access to the airport bank and they stolen my real money as the ordered greens and the building included in the offer, did not add to my play account. Three times I wrote to technical support and they kept me silent to resolve this issue , asked me only twice to send screen shot with the mistake number ,what I did. Its really time to say goodbye and delete the play ?

did they give u greenies, if not open a GI ticket, send them a copy of your receipt from the windows store

I left today a message at airport FB and somebody answer me. I`ve got a greenes at least but still no building which has been order together ( Mystery Building 2 special offer ) and access to the bank as well
