Windows Planes vanishing and frozen on runways

Okay, this issue has been going on now for two months. Not often, about once a day, but it happens.
Today, I landed 2 giant planes, they froze at the bottom of the runway and when I accepted a new plane, they simply vanished. No coins or items for them! Also, I had a giant plane ready to take off and as I laned another, it too vanished.

I have the latest update of 7.14.9 for windows 10.

Frozen planes and the like are a glitch. Visiting Madlen is always the first move for anything unusual- in this case, you can visit anyone and the planes should correct themselves.
