Only GI and Road 404 know ... and they aren't talking.
Because of the different coding for the different platforms and the Apple and Android app acceptance policy, it's impossible to tell.
The best strategy is to work on other collections/destinations between quests/updates. Right now, for example, I'm flying ten Turboprops to the Apogee Collection destinations to collect stars and, hopefully, the Abandoned Spaceport reward building.
