I guess it's from the It's a Goal collection. I have multiples of everything (goalkeeper's glove, knee socks, jersey and referee whistle) except for the cleat. I guess I just have to keep tapping on the brazilian cottage, etc.

Now I understand. Yes, you get the Cleat from tapping on your Brazilian cottages and villas and those of your neighbors. I would suggest building six of each in your city and visiting neighbors daily. My two games, for example, have six of each. Good luck!
