Yeah, wow!
Someone suggested it was because it was a 1x1. 2x2s tend to be 20, so 5 per square. That might just be a coincidence though.

The metro station's power is the passenger boost and 2-tile radius.

How is my limit 250 or how is there 853 waiting to be used? 250 is the limit at level 80 with all upgrades except 2000 greenies.
The photo is quite old, but I imagine the reason I had the building in the “boost zone” was because I was running adventure flights. Sending out 6 jumbos at a time and instant returns cost around 900 fuel per flight. I just tap fuel stores and load up before hand to save 100 more taps in the middle of the flight.
