Tried to clear data and cache. I've done this before and it has fixed issues. Now I've lost my progress and the game reset

I put in a ticket in via the game. Android.

I had done that once(clear data and cache)..lost all progress immediately. But after some time it asked for the sync & I did it. The only difference was the 100 limit which later was sorted out by the support.

Sorry, but the picture of a dog saying "I'm fixed" struck me as funny!

For those not familiar with some English euphemisms, I've always understood that taking an animal to the veterinarian to "get fixed" means it will have an operation that renders it unable to reproduce.
