You do not need to join. This thread is to help you get neighbors who have Planetariums that you can click on while visiting their city. Clicking on another city's planetariums while visiting them gives you a chance of attaining some of the items needed for red rocket launches. That is why having neighbors with planetariums is advantageous.
I have 6 Planetariums. Let me know if you would like to become neighbors. Then you can visit my planetariums in my city.
