Windows Introduction screen frozen

Hello,
Since few days I cannot launch Airport City on my PC (Windows) as the first sreen (the one with the drawing of the plane) is frozen.
The usual bar "Loading" does not appear and nothing else happen.
Could someone help me please to solve it ?
I fear to reinstall the game and lose all the data.....I am on level 80 and do not want to start from scratch

I've been having similar lags on start up screen lately but thankfully a restart generally fixes it. If you do want to try a reinstall, just search this forum for instructions on how to back up your game on a Windows PC. Not sure the resinstall will fix your problem but at least you won't lose your game progress.
