The planetarium used to be an event building. Now it is part of the Super Mystery 2 buildings. You can buy it from your store (99 greens), Duke's Airship (65 greens) or the huge sale that comes once or twice a year (19 greens). Beware: you have a 1 in 10 chance that it actually is a Planetarium...
