Windows How is this even possible?

These 2 Russians have been adding in excessive points like this for the past couple days. They started out by putting in 50k and shooting up from below 10 place. Now they've been putting in 8 - 15k every hour.
How is this possible?

Something definitely going on--and it does always seem to be accounts with Russian names. Lead of my current ranking had over 80K points in the first 24 hours. Probably disgruntled former staff (and their friends) who lost jobs when they canned the Russia staff. Not too hard to believe that some people who develop and work on the game could have set up "special" accounts that have access to unlimited fuel and bonuses. The new GI staff is probably so focused on just trying to keep everything else going, they probably wouldn't notice...or maybe they don't care to notice.
