affa, based on my searching, Cloudflare WARP has indeed been shut down in Iran for a few days. I tried to find alternative VPNs for use in Iran and came across the following article from 18 days ago. Looks like Atlas VPN is the best free one. I hope you are safe.

OK, so second post. I asked a friend who knows tech and they said that Surfshark was better. It costs money though (~3-5$USD per month, with the first month free). Hope that helps!
