Halloween Quest question

Yes, I know it's not out yet, but I wasn't playing Android last year, and it will be new to Kindle.

I noticed that one of the destinations is Machu Picchu. Is the Aztec Quest item still active during the Halloween Quest? Since it takes six collections to get the Aztec Pyramid, it would be nice if you can get drops for both Quests.

Tag another Halloween question on here as it seems a good place for it.
I didn't do this last year. After you have completed the mission to click on ghosts in your own city, is there any reward for continuing to click them? One is a black witch that I need another item to unlock so that might be interesting.
Just trying to decide if it is worth using your neighbor clicks on ghosts for lanterns or not.
