Are buildings that can only be bought for greenies worth it? I have two brick houses(6 greenies each) and I find that they are incredibly worth it for the 5 pax every two minutes and 5% residential bonus radius 2. On the other hand there are buildings like the donut shop, 40 coins every hour, comparatively to 1x1 coin producing buildings it’s good but an eatery gets 120 coins an hour 3x more. I’m going to let the people of the forum decide are greenie buildings worth it or are collection and coin buildings better?

Yes, but each should be evaluated for its use\reward and the needs of your city. The villa produces 48 pax every 4 hours plus is used within an event or two. A few of such buildings also are on sale occasionally in store such as villa; the wiki is helpful for such detail. 📄

But in your opinion are all greenie buildings worth it or only some of them?

Only some, as you stated in your original post such as donuts (shop) isn't justified. Buildings that cost greens that produce pax are sought after not so much coin since are the easiest to obtain via collections, events, etc. for free.

And if I’m thinking about getting a pax building which is better in your opinion? Brick house or mystery building 2?

A pax building from Mystery building 2 isn't guaranteed nor would I recommend spending greens on the chance so brick house sounds like the best choice if these are the only two options.

This depends upon needs and available land. All pax buildings for greens are essentially worth it but I'd say top 2 are brick house and stone castle.

I think I’ll get the so brick houses cause that’s the same cost as a a one castle plus they have the bonus.

Stone Castle is better as it drops for Space collections.

But the 5% is worth it. I also have a large backlog of space collections. Plus the extra pax.
