A year ago, the solution was: delete the game and get a recover code as the next update didn't solve it

Just went for a holiday but my Hotdog1 still haven't been fixed. How do you get a new code. The GI ask me to delete and install the game.
Do you 1. uninstall the game
2. install the game
3. get new code?
