could s.o. explain to me what the dinosaur hcellet is for? i have 79 of them and they seem not to be needed for anything. So anyone who knows what to do with them please tell me!

If you're referring to the Ancient Reptile collection - it's just a collection to give you a few coins and XP from drops from guest planes. Doesn't do anything.
