Amazon Can't upgrade

I've been playing since October and I really like the game and then 1st you call me a cheater for reasons I don't know why and 2nd I can't go past level 30,I also play on google Android and it has 80 levels and so much more,so then I get this pop up to upgrade great I click to upgrade it said you already have this app so what next. Al

This is not an official site and yes their accusatory messages when you have done nothing are annoying.
