Windows Cannot load 8.25.11

Is anyone else having trouble loading the new version of Airport City. Since Upgrading 2 days ago I have just had the loading message and made no progress towards actually opening the game. I am running on a Windows on a fairly old laptop - in excess of 4 years. Any help and advice appreciated or it may be the end of the road for me and Airport City.😢

I'm not on Windows.
Try empty cache and history and reboot your system.
