iOS Cannot Get or Return Gifts -Launches Gone etc etc.

Opened the game this AM. I am at the latest AC Version 5.3.24 IOS (IPAD2) and have been on it for a few weeks. This AM I expected to see a RED launch completed - nothing was there. Went to check on Gifts from my Neighbors - NONE except 1 from Madlen Airborn. Next I have 20 Gifts available to send. So I selected certain neighbors and gifts but the don't get sent!!!! Attempted to TAP on RED Launch Pad NOTHING!! Tried Green and Blue NOTHING. It appears that anything related to use of "SERVERS" is not working. Checked my ISP - JUST FINE - note: I'm using it right now.
