Windows cannot access neighbors, giving is really lagged

Since yesterday I have not been able to go to any of my neighbors. The game freezes and I have to close out and go back in. Also giving was super laggy yesterday and today.

Anyone else having this problem?

EVERYBODY else is having that problem!!! There seems to be a couple of hours right after reset (at least for me) where I can gift & visit neighbors, but most of the time the game just freezes when I try to visit, and nothing happens when gifting or trying to collect gifts. Also affecting alliance flights.

and i do not mind if you can gift, return etc during this period
hopefully by christmas this will be fixed

my money is getting interest in my bank
