Hearing there are launch crash issues with this latest upload? Anyone heard anything? Maybe just on iOS?

I cant complete a red launch. As soon as I press complete, to have the spaceship landing in the runway, a small plane appears on stand 2 and cannot land any other planes after. Need to restart game and not touch the button for the landing.

I am not on Windows but I saw someone saying in chat the other day that ads worked for them when they switched from Edge to Chrome.

Yeah, that was a theory, but I tried that extensively. Switching to Edge, other browsers, nothing helps. I am pretty sure this is an issue GI has to fix on their end. The app is sending a request successfully to the Vungle API and also gets a response, though the ads do not load

Sorry for the accidental cut past and repost. I am having the exact same. problem. I have a 'stuck' red launch return too. At least I know that if I keep my hand OFF that ready button I can continue to play the event. In the meantime I hope that GI can correct this bug, and that no other bugs are lying in wait getting ready to pounce.

iOS - Video ads have stopped working for neighbor visits. The ad plays but at the end there is no reward, and the visit doesn't count. It appears other parts are working (e.g. plane speedups).

After finding the 5 elves, leave the city your are visiting and then go back. The elves will reappear and you can use the video bonus for a 6th elf...assuming your video ads work.

It is disappeared like never been there. I'd checked everywhere: stands, repair, warehouse...

Only finding 5 elves during visits, but the ads work if I click on something else.

The ads are getting more unreliable for me. I now have trouble with flight speedups and neighbor visits (which had worked earlier).
The ad plays fine, closes fine, but flight doesn't speed up. The ad in question was a Vungle one, which had worked fine in the previous version. Same for free fuels but there is no timer cooldown.

There is a problem with Shuttle. Restart the game and DO NOT touch button to land the shuttle. You will be able to play the rest of the game as normal, with exception of space launches. They are working on a fix and will be part of urgent update soon.

Too bad the only advantage I had in this one is a Jet-Powered Sleigh from a previous event, which can't be used on this one. I guess it's the big grind...grrr. Ah well, what else to do today?

Yeah, updating it now on Windows and it's heavily crashing. Sometimes it get stuck at part 2, then part 12, then part 32, now again at part 2. Must have restarted it at least ten times already.

Edit: leaving it on for now to see if it updates anyway without actually saying it does.
Edit: a couple more restarts and a bit of waiting did the trick.
